Is there a way to reset my hub but not remove devices (just apps, rules, etc)?
Soft Reset, don't restore a backup.
That will remove all Devices from the Hub's Devices section.
It will not remove the devices from the Zigbee and Z-Wave radios, but without the Hub's database having entries for Devices, those Zigbee and Z-Wave devices will be useless.
Not that I know of. You should be able to pretty quickly simply remove each app from the Hub, though. Just please take a backup of the hub before your begin, and download that backup to your PC - just in case!
