Require expression T and T = False

I am sure i am missing something but can not figure out why a True and True = false required expression?
Apologies in advance for missing the obvious

There was a 3rd expression that you removed, but you didn't remove its AND -- that's what's causing the overall False.

Was wondering why there is an extra AND, is it possible to fix this or have to delete whole rule and start again?

Click the RE block, then select the "Edit Required Expression" button, then select the "Edit Expression" button.

Remove the extra AND, and then save as you back it all back out.
