Create a rule that triggers on the real sensor and have it toggle the virtual one.
If you have both a switch to open/close your door and a sensor there are apps that will combine the two into a virtual garage door. [RELEASE] Zooz Garage Door Opener This is app will work with any switch/sensor, does not have to be Zooz.
