Request - Put Pushover Instructions in DOCS

Unless you expect this to be rapidly overtaken by events (the new app release), could the instructions for installing Pushover be added to the DOCS repository? I just helped a user in the Facebook forum and I realized the setup procedure is not in DOCS and it's also not very intuitive. It can be found in the COMMUNITY but you have to know what to look for and patiently scroll through a good bit before you get everything you need.
