I continue to be plagued by devices that quit responding on my zigbee mesh, which can be brought back by either resetting and rejoining them, or spamming them with a ton of (unsuccessful) commands and rebooting the HE a few times. One thing I've noticed is that the problem devices are always an Osram LED Lightstrip. Never another device type. So, wanting to rule out the device being an issue, I attempted to do a firmware update, but alas:
Firmware update for Backsplash, OSRAM 110C-0002-01020492 is not available.
However, there does appear to be a newer firmware published by Ledvance at their firmware repository:
It's #5 on that list (Lightify Indoor Flex / 0x110c / v01020510). Could I request that firmware file get added to the HE firmware repo so I can see if updating the device firmware improves the issues with the strips going silent on me?

I just checked the firmware file, its for a different model, you have model 0002, the referenced file is for model 005C, and that image was already uploaded.
Oh, darn. That LEDvance firmware download list doesn't appear to have a model 0002 at all. I checked my other problem children LED strips and they're all reporting the same.
I'll ping LEDvance and see if they have any missing firmware files in their archives they might be willing to share. Not super optimistic, but can't hurt to try. Will let you know if I find anything. Thanks again for checking this!
