Report Mode in RM Notification [SOLVED]

Hi all

How do I report the current Mode in a RM notification? I know how to report device attributes by using a local variable, but there doesn't seem to be an option to record the current Mode in a local variable. I tried %mode% in the notification but that didn't work.

If the rule was triggered by a mode change %value% would be the new mode.

The rule is not triggered by a mode change; it's triggered by a switch. Changing the mode is one of the actions, and I'd like the notification to confirm that the mode was changed.

Then create a rule that is triggered by the mode change, and have that rule notify you.
