Repairing, ie: rediscovery of devices, zero confirmation in webpage, but device reconnected!

Ran zigbee to reconnect light, zero confirmation, but light now works. Usually hub will confirm, "found previously ...device....", but got nothing. I knew from the bulb blink pattern it had connected
This has happened several times over the last month, in each case the device reconnects but hubitat doesn't advise me like it used to. And before we suspect the bulb, it has happened with other non-bulb devices.

I've see this behavior too but haven't been able to pinpoint if it's a Zigbee-wide problem or if it's just certain devices. Maybe I'll try resetting one intentionally just to see....
