I've got a hub that I have cancelled my subscriptions on (they are all pending cancellation), but it won't let me remove the hub, as I am trying to remove myself for the new owners of our home.
How long have the subscriptions been in a pending cancellation state?
I think they stay as pending cancelation until they expire. Unless that changed with the new portal?
You might have to make a subscriptions support ticket to get them removed: Subscriptions ā Hubitat Support

Yeah I thought maybe that was one of the changes? Because the pending cancellation thing made it impossible to fully reset a hub until support manually intervened.
But Iām not 100% sure.
