Remotetek scene master not registered after zwave Js flip

Hi there,
I have changed my c8pro to zwave js and one device that will not register is remotely scene master. I have tried demoting battery etc but still will not register, could this be driver stack issue ?

After running command i got error 500 (i have changed hub ip address correctly)

I have again rolled back to traditional zwave stack until this matures. For reference i have tried removing and adding battery, waking the module and even re-adding the unit, none of which worked
