Remotec ZRC-90US not being discovered

Can't get the 'Discover Devices' to find the ZRC-90. I've removed it from ST, I did another device exclusion.
Then try to discover device in HE, but it just won't find it. I've done a factory reset too. Been trying with two different keypads. Still no luck.

I have the ZRC-90 installed and ready to go, just need to discover this thing!

Any suggestions?

I had difficulty getting mine to pair as well. I had to hold 2 inches from the hub. It still took about 30 seconds to see it and another minute to complete initialization.

Hard time adding zwave devices

I had similar issues and it seemed like the devices never completed the initialization process and were stuck in “limbo”. Go settings, Zwave information. If your device is listed there with a red reinitialize button, try to reinitialize. It will probably fail and give you a remove option. Remove the device and try pairing again. Oh…and make sure the hub is VERY close to your device before attempting to pair again.
