Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong with this rule. It wonāt add the lock code.
Well, your rule is missing the "END-IF"...that should be added.
But have you tried turning logging on for this rule to see what is going on when you change the variable?
Thank you for the reply, I added the end if. That didnāt resolve the issue. I changed the lock position from a string to a number and that seems to be working.

And did you read the second sentence of the post?
Without logs, there's not a lot I can tell you about why it's not working. It looks like it should.
What model lock is Frontdoor? What driver is it using? What type of parameters have you defined for your custom action (what type are they)?
