I'm able to remotely access my hub via hubitat.com but the updated app won't connect. I appreciate any help.
Need more details.
It wont connect to the hub at all, or the button to get into remote admin wont work from the app?
You can just use a web browser to get to the remote admin from any device, that is what is recommended. Use the app for device control.
Thank you. The Home screen in the new interface correctly shows: Hubitat Hub (Remote), however, it doesn't connect for any functions, like dashboard, or devices. I can get to those screens through the Hubitat website.
Does the app show local and work correctly if you are on the same LAN as the hub?
Same issue, if on the same network can connect and everything works. If i am remote in the new app, when i click on remote admin it takes me to a page
If i click on the menu and select registered hubs, the connect to hub is greyed out.
The old app works and looks to take me to updated pages and look.
It is not allowing me to remote admin as well. Running 2.0.9 (292) and 2.4.0.144. Not sure when it happened.
Able to connect by clicking remote admin, then the three bars, then registered hubs, then go to remote admin.
Yes. When connecting via wifi in the same LAN everything functions correctly
when I follow that it shows the hub with my local IP address and "connect to hub" is greyed out and nothing happens when clicking on it. I would think that it should go to url: remoteaccess.aws.hubitat.com but doesn't. The only thing I can click on is is "Hub Details", "add remote admin" and "add hub protection"

He has. This should be fixed in .293. Not sure if that is public yet.

where yours says "Go to Remote Admin" mine says "Add Remote Admin" but when I try to click on add it says I already have it.
Any other thoughts on the issue I raised about the updated app not connecting when remote?
I am able to connect like this however some can not. Fix is in next update

I updated just now and it seems to be fixed for me.
