Hi, I can control at my C8 the controller where I paired the remote.

I shared the device with C7 and I can see the device. But at C7 log there is no data and when I press button of keyfob for action defined it doesn't do anything.

The C8 is in another level far appart so C7 and C8 is connected is same ipv4 network C8 cannot see the keyfob when Im near of C7

The fob will only be bound to 1 hub. What this means is that the radio signal will only go to that hub, NOT the other hub. So if you move it towards the c7, the signal will be much weaker.

I can control with the key fob when Im near of the C8 all the devices of C8 devices and C7 devices shared with C8

But there is no way to use remote in two different controllers even that remote is shared because keyfob its bond to the radio of c8 controller.

Thank you for your time

No, device can only be paired to 1 controller at at time.

So if your fob is paired to your c8, you share devices from your c7 to your c8 and then you can use the fob on the c7 devices.

You may need to add a repeater paired to the C8 in that other area, so the FOB can still reach it via the repeater.
