I can Remote Admin to 2 of my 3 hubs, the one that can’t resolve is still active, I can access the Dashboard, I just can’t log in. How do I get to the screen that offers a remote reboot.
If the hub is not connected to the cloud, it would not be able to recive the reboot command remotely, either.
But the Dashboard is working I can turn ON devices. I seem to recall on occasion reaching a screen where I would see all my hubs with remote access as well as a reboot button, can’t find that page.
This is the page you wanted: https://remoteaccess.aws.hubitat.com/
If that does not work you will need to get someone to reboot it or pull the plug for you, then I would suggest updating to the new .184 build they fixed some cloud connection issues and added an hourly cloud reconnect so hopefully people do not get standard with no access again.
Thanks for that. Tried the reboot but was unsuccessful, So yes need to get someone to cycle the unit.
Since you need to manage multiple hubs remotely, you might find it to be a helpful workaround if you add a WiFi plug-in socket that works with its own mobile app (i.e. independently of Hubitat).
In the event you need to power cycle the hub, you can still use the WiFi plug’s native app. Unless your internet at the location is down completely, in which case you wouldn’t be able to reach the WiFi plug either.
As @jtp10181 mentioned above, the latest update addressed the cloud connectivity. If you could get someone to run the update, that would probably be the best way to resolve the problem. I see that your hubs are running .180 and .181 versions.
