Remote Access not working

C-8 Pro running 2.3.9.180. For the past 3 days I have not been able to get remote access to pull up, eventually the webpage gives me " This page isn’t working

remoteaccess.aws.hubitat.com didn’t send any data.

ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE"

But, I can access my cloud dashboards just fine, and it seems that the hub can still talk to hubitat since the info page shows it last checked in an hour ago today. I keep forgetting to reboot it when I get home from work, since that is usually the first step. Any ideas?

I get an error that my session has expired. It lets me see the hub and gives me the option to connect, reboot, or update, but the connect button leads to endless loading.

I tried clearing the cache and everything in Chrome thinking that could be the issue, but it is now just hanging when I click connect and not loading anything. I have also tried getting into it through the app on my Android phone and that also hangs when trying to load when using the same internet connection as the computer that cannot reach the hub and mobile data as well.

Not sure how the cloud dashboards work, as your hub is not connected to the cloud. So rebooting your hub when you have a chance is likely the fix for it.

I'll set a reminder on my phone to get to it tonight when I get home.

Rebooting seems to have solved it. I was able to connect to the hub over cell network, using the app.
