I unsubscribed one of my hubs from remote access and then reset and reinstalled it. I am trying to get remote access working for it again, it says this hub is not authorized for remote access. it doesn’t seem I can resubscribe in my account, (I think because other hubs on my account all have remote admin subscribed and working) what needs to happen for this one hub to get working with remote access again? . Submitted 2 subscription support requests 5 days and 2 days ago and have not received any reply.
I saw an old post that indicated subscription authorization sometimes has to be reset at Hubitat subscription server for a hub If so can someone from Hubitat please help do that?
Thank you for your patience. Someone will surely get back to you tomorrow. Sounds like you may have 2 active subscriptions, otherwise if the subscription was canceled, you shouldn't have an active service for the other hubs and you'd be able to resubscribe the hub with the canceled subscription.
