I saw a variation of this over on the Home Assistant user’s board but I decided try it. If my pill box doesn't sense vibration by a certain time I get a push reminder. Still working out the details for the triggers.

I have a Take Pills/Pills Taken tile on my bathroom pad that is right above my medications at the exit door to the bathroom. I take my pills and push the button. I get a notification at noon if I did not push that button that morning.
