Reliability issues with Room Light

guys,
I switched my house from scene to room light as I had to learn it and use RL for upcoming customers.
I dont find it very reliable.
I feel it ack like scenes without metering.

I often have a random light that does not go off but from on to 5% dim, or 13% dim...
see below picture. anyone can spot something?
had light like: rdc-salon-d, rdc-hallEntree-D, and lately (the one logged) RDC-Ilot-D that went to 5% instead of off.

the all off RL. turns pretty much all lights in the house off. also using a button controler app to lock the door. (here we dont see the RDC-Ilot-D been at 5% as I took the screenshot of this after)

logs showing that RDC-Ilot-D went to 5% instead of off. all logs from the keypad button press to the end.

z-wave data, in case... looks good to me

Your logs tell an interesting story, one that does not point the finger at Room Lights.

Room Lights command to RDC-Ilot-D:

That log message is generated after 'off' is commanded by the app. But then your device shows this:

I suggest to figure out why an off command given by the app is not turning off the device. For example, using its device page, what happens when you command Off?

I submit that this issue has nothing at all to do with Room Lights, but instead reflects something else in this system.

Perhaps a simple test is to create a simple Basic Rule that turns off all of those lights, and see what happens. If these are all Z-Wave devices, it could be that there is an issue with your mesh.

Actually, the app did turn the light off; something else must've triggered it to turn back on that's not reflected in the logs:

hum, ok.
plausible. my house is my lab. can be a mess at times. I have 4 houses to setup this week. those are new setup. will see if I have the issue there too. hopefully not
