What if you just delete all the Zigbee map app, driver, driver code and app code for it and then a "repair"?
I suspect it's missing the driver/app code and is trying to delete something that doesn't exist which is the failure.

Thank you very much. This took care of the issue. I done the unmatch then the matchup and now when I go to uninstall it only shows the one Zigbee Map.

I discovered that I also had the issue on printables.com when zooming in on a 3d view of an STL file.
Turns out the issue was the Logitech Setpoint plugin with that disabled I can zoom the Zigbee Map view correctly.
