My setup is complete overkill for most people, however I do use TLS certs everywhere I can and adding the ability to secure the data between Hubitat and the XBox Smartglass Server would be really useful to me!

I have a Rule configured for "When a Switch (Xbox One) Turns On...". And I am noticing that this Rule only executes if I turn on the Xbox One through the Hubitat Device page. If I turn on the Xbox via Xbox One Controller or Alexa Xbox Skill ("Alexa, Xbox On"), then the Rule does not execute.
Should the "Switch On" rule be listening for when the Xbox One is turned on in any manner, and if so what could be wrong with my setup?
Yes it checks the state via API to see if it’s on.
I do not have a Hubitat to verify anything.
