They have spent 3 days already on the Tuya hub and 2 days on Hubitat without turning off... and they're reporting power readings for me as well (voltage, at least, as I still have no load connected to them).
And yes, I confirm that identify command works properly.
Despite the serious issues we had in the beginning, these relays became quite cool little devices. 
Update: I tried to install them to their box, put a load on them... and one of the 2 relays is not working... no matter if it's ON or OFF, there's 80VAC (???) on the output pins. The other one does its job.
These devices are cursed, maybe I should find an exorcist nearby...

@guyeeba Sorry to hear that, hope you can handle the problem with the seller..
BTW, all we must be very cautious with these Chinese plugs - often their specs are not quite correct, so my advice will be to never use the plugs for currents more than 10 Ampers. This applies also for the DIN relay - it is too small in size to handle safely more than 10 Amps in my opinion!
@FrankieH - these "Tuya Cluster 0000 attrId FFE4" logs should be visible only when the "Debug logging" option is turned on (as in your screenshot). The debug logs should automatically switch off after 24 hours.
These messages are a kind of 'Check-in' mechanism for some Tuya devices, but every device behaves differently. Some devices are sending check-in messages every 3 minutes, other devices - once per hour, other devices never send anything if no interaction.
With your device it is probably not so bad, because this is one single Zigbee packet containing all 3 attributes at once. This driver uses these packets to restart the Presence state, i.e. even if no V/A/W/kWh reports are received from the plug, these system packets indicate that the device is online to HE. At the moment I don't know if it is possible to disable (or enable) these check-in messages.

Ive tried initialize several times but it doesn't react to ON or OFF ...although the physical side switch works...
the logs look something like this...whats funny is that even though i clicked the ON and OFF..i dont see anything in the log for that....not sure if thats due the presence false?

Delete the device from the web page. then pair it again as a new device. Click on the 'more info' hyperlink and copy / paste here all the information from the popup window.

After it paired there was something to click for pairing info

Hi @tim.ocallag , thank you for the screenshots. This was the info that I was looking for. This plug has a kind of unusual fingerprint, particularly it does not expose the outbound clusters list, which in a turn may confuse the pairing to HE. This driver uses that standard HE zigbee.on() / zigbee.off() commands that do not work with this particular device
I think we can make it work, but it will require some more interaction tests. As I will be away from home for 10 days, I can prepare a test version when I am back.

The comments say that it works in HA, so should work with this driver as well, after the fingerpints are added in the next version.
