If this is a C-8 hub, try using the Double Luck voodoo to pair the device directly to your hub and keep it connected.
The logs show that nothing is received from the device 30 seconds after the pairing.
I have uploaded to the Google Driver the previous ver. 1.2.2 2023-07-19, but my opinion is that the problem is not in the driver version.
I am testing with this device, and all alarms, sounds and the short beep are working OK in the latest driver version 1.3.2 2024/10/09 7:59 PM :
