Usually for locks with a WiFi gateway, the gateway reports state changes to the cloud server.
So it is unusual to hear of a cloud server polling the WiFi gateway for state changes.
Good point. After the hubitat code polls the API, I honestly do not know what it does after that even. It returns an answer back to habitat.
