Does anyone know how to fix this as I when in the app and make some changes and it came back online but few minutes later came back Bed/device mismatch and I have no idea what to do next?
Can you bump logging to debug and then provide the output when you force a refresh?
I work on it last night and redid the app and set the beds back up in the sleep by Number app and when I when to bed last night it was not working, but this morning it is back online and working ok now. Thanks
@rvrolyk Just wanted to thank you for your hard work and all you do for our community.
@rvrolyk with regards to the sleep number login: is it safe to say that if you don't have access to sleep number ID and password (I'm not the original purchaser of the SN bed) this app would be useless for me?
Now that your the owner of the bed, you should be able to download the app and add you bed if not call customer support and they should be able to walk you thru the process?
Welcome to the Hubitat community.
Thanks @leeonestop! I really enjoy being part of the wonderful Hubitat community.
@rrk318278 if you don't have an app login then sadly this app won't help you. The only thing I found online was an old reddit post indicating customer service may help you but it seemed like the odds aren't good. Either way, it can't hurt to try If you get a login then you can install this app and it'll work just fine.
I'm still having problems with losing connection to their server on and off. I have my daytime polling set to every 30 minutes and my sleep time polling every 2 minutes. I turned on logging and will send you the logs via private message.
Hi folks, it looks like SleepNumber changed the OAuth flow a bit and the app will no longer function correctly if you have that enabled. For now, please turn off (Beta) Use AWS OAuth
if you have that enabled. I'll attempt to fix that but am not sure how long it'll take to get to it.
h/t @DiverRich for flagging the issue. @es_ferret it looks like this is probably the issue you're seeing as well.
I will give that a shot. Thanks!
Edit: can confirm that turning off the AWS oauth restored my login with Sleep Number.
I've been seeing this issue the past couple of days and just now decided to look into it. It looks like my timing is good there. However, disabling AWS Oath still is not resolving my issues:

Hopefully this information is helpful. I'm not reliant on this, but I figure I'm probably not the only one with issues.
Usually that error means the username and/or password is wrong - can you try re-entering those two values and see if that resolves it?
Hmmm... So earlier today I was able to login to the website with this same username and password. Now the website tells me that it's wrong. I just reset my password and it's telling me my brand new password is wrong. So I'm not really sure what's up here, but it does seem to be a bigger issue. I'll update if I figure out how to fix it.
So now the login page doesn't do anything. Clicking the login button shows no message. Looking at the dev console, there's a bunch of cross-origin request errors. I can't open the chat support on their webpage and the console there is a ton of errors including more CORS errors. The app also gives me some error when logging in that's not incorrect username/password. So I think something is just very broken on their end right now. I'd be curious if anyone else is having issues with the app or website.
No issues with either on my end.
All working fine for me now. The app and the integration. Weird. Thanks though!
Can someone refer me to where I can use an app to use this app with a hue remote button to set the light off and bed flat? I must have accidentally deleted it while thinking I should βclean up.β
I could use some help
New SN bed in the RV 6 weeks ago, my wife's side won't hold air so while I wait on a new pump and hoses I setup a Rule Machine rule to help
It seems to keep up pretty well during sleep time, however during heavy activity it doesn't keep up and here is where it confuses me.
Every 2 mins it triggers and I can hear the pump turn on, however it shuts off within like 3 seconds (like it does during sleep) yet the bed is not back up to 35.
Logs show 2 mins triggers and setting the bed back to 35.
When I manually trigger a new number from the apps, it seems to work fine
Is there something different about a new bed, technology wise that might need to be looked at in the code?
What am I missing and any other suggestions
Thanks all
Rick
There's nothing different with regards to the pumps I'm aware of (with the disclaimer that I still have an older gen bed).
Does it behave differently if you just try to alter one side (side note: I see the logs only indicate it's attempting to change one side anyway)?
yes the logs show 1 side b/c I just added my side to the RM Rule
For instance, last night with both sides in the rule, which starts at 9:00, went to bed at 10:56 and you can see the Rule has been running every 2 mins
After getting into bed, it felt like my side was down, got up, logged into the SN app and it said my side was 5, not 30. After pumping it up again, the rest of the night was good.
Seems like we have experienced this before where Hubitat says one thing and the SN app shows something else.
Here is the Device Details log that shows a setting of 5 when we got into bed when it should have been 30 since 9:00pm per the rule
