Aaron have everything installed, not getting any in your face errors and have it configured to TTS to my Alexa and I can't get it to talk to save myself. It says everything is selected including my TTS echo devices but no joy and you see the error below...

Yet nothing out of any of them and I get the error that no TTS devices selected even though they are....sorry for the long post.
How are you connecting your echo devices? Are you using Echo Speaks? If so you want to select Echo Speak devices (your echos). Is you are using Alexa TTS then I apparently have an issue with sending the correct command. 
Sorry bro but I'm using Alexa TTS. I tried with Echo speaks but it doesnt see the devices whereas it does see them in Alex TTS it just doesnt send anything to them.
If you look at the error logs its as if your app doesnt see the echo boxes even though the app config sees them and allows you to select them just fine....you get the error TTS Device Not Found in the logs.
I am on vacation this week but will look into this when I get back next week.

Okay it appears to pass the test msg now so we wait until this afternoons barrage of storms. One thing I noticed however....The option within the App to toggle a switch (or another alarm device) as well when enabled seems to break the spoken test msg....you get the alarm alert but nothing comes through the Echo devices....the minute you turn the option off the speech begins again....sorry to keep breaking your stuff man..not my intent..hopefully this helps someone else as well. My use is this...first the alarm goes off and then she begins speaking....
So that would only occur IF you set restrictions when using a switch. You do not want the alert switch and the restrictions switch to be the same.
Alert switch - just turns on a switch you define. Some people want that to be a virtual switch or a physical switch. This enables you to do other automations with RM such as flash lights, turn off music that is playing, etc.
Switch to restrict notifications - I personally do not use this BUT many do use switches to deactivate apps/rules. I usually would use my modes (early morning, day, evening, night, sleep, away) to restrict notifications. You should use a different virtual switch for this option.
If you are using the same switch for both options in your configuration than the outcome you are experiencing would be correct.

@aaron Two questions:

Why does the voice speed up when it announces. Right after it states which counties are involved the voice goes into overdrive and talks real fast then it slows back down in the end? It has been doing that from the beginning.

Why all of a sudden is it announcing the alert 6 times instead of just the 2 as it did before. I haven't changed anything?
EDIT: I just noticed that when the text in the alert becomes all caps that the voice speeds up. Then when it gets down to where it announces the cities (still all caps) it slows back down. Weird.
@razorwing Can you PM me one of your alerts? The NOAA alerts are different for each area as it is humans entering the information into the alerting system. So this means every alert is slightly different than other areas. Hence why I have not experienced this issue yet. BUT I want to take an alert you have received and see how I can modify the messages for those potential differences and create a standard.
@aaron I will have to wait for another alert. I deleted the messages on my phone and the one on your app goes away after 30 min. I will be in contact.
2.3.3 - fixed repeat issues, fixed fast TTS speak issues due to capitalization of alerts
- 2.3.5 - removed repeat functionality option until it can be rewritten
- 2.3.4 - fixed bug with repeats (again)
I need to remove repeat until I can code this differently.
- 2.3.6 - fixed repeat capabilities (thx to Cobra for guidance) and added # of repeats as new functionality, cleaned up more code, added pushover conditions based on times repeating and character count
I just copied the latest 2.3.6 and after opening the app and making sure everything still correct and hitting "done" I get the following error.
After running several minutes I don't see anymore errors it only happened with the above statement hitting done in the app.
I see the error. It only happens on first initialization of the app. Should be fine afterwards. I will add a try/catch to remove errors in next minor version.

@aaron I loaded the new and I didn't get any errors in the log. There are 2 things I noticed.
- I set the repeat to 10 min. but it repeated in 20 min.
- Once the announcement is over I noticed the speakers are stuck in Playing and never return to Idle. I have chromecast Audios for these speakers. If you run a test speech to them they return to Idle.
