This driver is not limited to Matter bridges only.
It should work with any Matter device (Matter over WiFi, Matter over Thread) that is paired to your HE hub ( providing this driver supports the particular Matter capability).
This is how the Zemismart ZM85EL - 2Z curtains robot should be configured :
