Reworked Hubitat Meross mini plug driver based on Daniel Tijerina’s hubitat-meross driver, adding Toggle support and more robust parsing for local LAN control. Now works with all devices from the early mss110 with firmware 1.1.28 and hardware 1.01 to the current devices and firmware.
For early devices, in device preferences, turn on "Use Appliance.Control.Toggle only (older plugs like MSS110)"
