No, the current version is at hubconnect.to
Drivers are on GitHub and also via HPM, but the Apps code is on it's own repository. It's just 3 pieces of code for the Hubitat Server, one more for a Hubitat Remote and then two more for SmartThings. Those pieces allow the interconnect structure to be built. After that you're ready to start selecting devices and adding Universal drivers (or the ST versions of them.)
