[RELEASE] Haseman RS-10PM2 Relay / Multi Controller

This is a very obscure device... hence having to write my own driver for it.

It is a ridiculously useful device for all kinds of purposes. I personally use it to control an air conditioning system that was made bespoke for the building I live in, and then the company went bust about 10 years ago - so there were no off the shelf products that could control it! However, there are really unlimited uses for it. A typical use would probably be centralised lighting control or something like that.

To make this driver I took their existing Smartthings driver and adapted them - however, unlike a usual port this one was very complex and a huge proportion of the original code had to be changed to make it work correctly with Hubitat.

Installation Instructions:

Install the Main and child drivers as usual
Pair the device (you may need to manually assign the driver as the fingerprint doesn't seem to work very well)
Check the settings section and when you are happy press "save"
Turn all switches on (on command)
Turn All switches off (off command)
At this point the device should be installed correctly and have created 10 child devices for each switch
