Release 2.2.8.14x Deleting actions corrupts the rule

When editing rule actions and deleting more than one rule at a time, the rule gets corrupted and the action list will show ** Broken Action **

Steps to reproduce:

1. Edit an existing rule with multiple actions
2. Click on "Delete Actions" and select multiple actions at once to be deleted

Did you perhaps remove a Conditional Action with a Condition used by more than one Action. That will remove the condition from other actions that use it, and break those actions.

I did have conditionals that I removed, but the actions that became marked as Broken Action were simply actions like Switches On/Off

If I delete the actions one at a time then everything goes fine. It only happens when checking multiple actions to delete
