Relay Rule not working

I installed a Zooz Zen16 Multirelay to control a TStat based on if the security panel is armed or disarmed. I tied S1 and S2 to two dry N/O relays from my security panel, One active when panel is armed and one when panel is disarmed. When the panel is disarmed R1 is active R2 is not and when the panel is armed R2 goes active and R1 is not. So that all works fairly simple.

I have two rules, one for each state and the outputs from the panel fire right and the Zooz Relay fires right S1 activates R1 and S2 activated R2 but the rules below do not change the T-Stat. Not sure what I am missing

Panel Armed
Triggers - Zooz MultiRelay-Relay 2 digital on
Select Actions to run - Thermostats: Living Rm T-Stat --> Mode: heat --> Heat: 64.0 --> Fan: auto

Panel Disarmed
Triggers - Zooz MultiRelay-Relay 1 digital on
Select Actions to run - Thermostats: Living Rm T-Stat --> Mode: heat --> Heat: 67.0 --> Fan: auto

Have you seen anything in the logs? Make sure all 4 options shown below are selected. These are located in the logging section of the rule.

Screenshots of the rules would help if you can post them.

I'm assuming that you can see the input status changes shown in the device settings?

Just noticed this... digital on implies that the ZEN16 relay was toggled via software. Physical on implies an external switch (or relay in your case) was manipulated. Try changing the trigger to physical on and see if that works.
