I have purchased a new hub that was not deregistered by a previous owner, I don't have anyway to get a hold of them.
Do I have any options to get this registered in my name?

Support staff should be able to help if you provide some details to them privately. Select “other” as the reason for contact and explain what the issue on your end is.
