Registration does not take me to the elevation website when I click register it errors with failure to connect....I can ping and go to (address):8081 but the app goes nowhere

In the webpage with the 8081 address, it gives you an option to downgrade the hub?

Yes when I go to the updater tool I'm using :8081 otherwise it doesn't respond

The tool is not communicating it is trying to reply only using the IP and no port number
