Recs for Single RGB Under Cabinet Light?

I'm looking for recommendations on a good single bar, battery operated RBG under cabinet light.

Ideally, it would work with HE. If it doesn't work with HE, it would need a built in motion sensor.

A puck won't fit where I need it

Use case: Red under cabinet light in bathroom, so its easier to fall back asleep after using the toilet at night.

I've seen setups like this on YouTube, but can't find any products that fit all of my requirements. I thought maybe someone here has done something similar?

I would go with a smart bulb in the ceiling, but my landlord already has a regular LED fixture installed and I'm not allowed to change it

Would LED strip lighting work? There are many options there and Sengled and Sylvania make Zigbee versions available on Amazon. I don't personally use them but I have seen posts on the community mentioning them like this one:

Hiyo have a weird problem I think...this strip seems dim and a lot of the leds are blueish/6500 others are at lower color around 3 to 4k..is it defective or is this normal or should I use a different driver? going to remove it an test it with their sengled hub. got it to replace a samsung outlet and a very cheap led strip.

What are the dimensions of the space to use. Are you talking about a single rgb pixel?

If you can get power to it, consider a light strip attached to the bottom of your vanity, just above the toe-kick. Like this:

Even less obtusive than under-vanity and provides more than enough light.

I'd also suggest DC power.
