So a while back I managed to get my Ecobee connected to the new Homekit Controller Integration. I had to do a full reset of the Ecobee thermostat to get it to work. One of my add on sensors still refuses to show up. I just noticed today that it looks like it hasn't updated for a while. It stopped receiving updated on 9/4. When I check the HomeKit Controller app it is showing offline as shown below.
Looking at the devices involved it looks like i stoped recieving updated on 9/4. I have done several hub restarts since then. Any idea how we can get this back from a offline status.
I am really not interested in trying to pair again as it will require a full factory reset as has been confirmed previously.
