What would you recommend it to your elderly parent to use on their vacation condo to detect water leaks. I'm looking for one that does not need a hub.
It looks like the Yolink system is closest to what I am looking for. Does anyone have experience with that or similar that they would recommend?

When I said a hub, I meant like a Hubitat, Smartthings, etc. so dad would have to buy something else. Sorry
I think moen has a total solution, though it may require a subscription.
I get it. You don't want to maintain it! 
I've got a few Basement Watchdogs sprinkled (so to speak) around the house.
Loud, can be placed in any orientation, batteries last forever, dumb.
I also have leak sensors, and a shut off valve (an old Water Cop that I adapted) with the Hubitat.
I've got a z-wave wireless switch at the door so that I can easily turn off the water when I Ieave the house. If this was rigged up with a wire or some other way to bypass the hub, maybe it would be a good alternative?
What experience do you want. Just loud?
Does your parent have an alarm system?
The valve needs to turn the water off when the sensor detects a leak and it needs to be able to notify my dad. They are in this condo less than 20% of the year.
How about just shutting off the water while they aren't there?
Moen Flo with sensors. Or an alarm panel that has options for valves like a Qolsys. It's cellular.
It's rented out a lot of time that they aren't there.
In this case you may want to investigate a Qolsys IQP4 alarm system. You get your water monitoring, water shutoff, remote notifications etc. You can remotely arm it and control a door lock if you like. Doesn't require solid internet because it's cellular.
You can write it off. Self install.
You don't have to use an alarm system for crime. They are used for things like life safety and caregiver check ins etc. This is a good use for one. In a rental you want to know if the smoke alarm went off also.
They have a non screen version as well. You can tuck it in a closet or utility space where it isn't seen.
EcoNEt has a Wi-Fi version. I have been very happy with my Z-wave version.
