What gas detector do you recommend that works with Hubitat? Looking for something that detects natural gas. Any other explosive gas or carbon monoxide would be a plus but not required. I see a few mentions on the forum about Heiman but it's unclear to me if that integration is working right, and if it's for the US. I'd prefer Zwave since my zwave network is stronger than my zigbee network (all my light switches are zwave), but zigbee will work just fine.
I have 3 Heiman Zigbee sensors in my large crawlspace since gas goes from side to side and to back. They haven’t given me any trouble but honestly don’t report anything until you click the test button or gas is actually detected. I hope and pray they work!
Is that even if you set the interval to less than 1/2 hour?
Does someone have a U.S. source for the Heiman Gas Detector? Mine died and I have not been able to find it or a reasonable substitute.
