I deleted my Lutron devices from the app list, and now when I add them to the list, they no longer show as devices. I'm rebuilding because I thought of using HomeKit. Restoring data, deleting the Lutron App, didn't help. I was able to add a couple manually, but I'm trying to use a list. What steps to rebuild should i take?
Do you mean you restored a hub backup from before you made changes to your Lutron devices?
Yes.
Do all of your Lutron devices work properly from your Lutron app on your smart phone? If so, open the Advanced Settings item in the Lutron app. Then open "Integration". Make sure "Telnet Support" is turned on. Then run "Send Integration Report" and capture the complete list of devices.
The go into the Hubitat UI and recreate the Luton app. Make sure your Lutron Pro bridge has am IP address reservation. Then you have to create the list of devices using the information from the Lutron integration report.
The format for the list is code, device number, device name. For example, an entry might be:
d,10,Den Light
Please note that the items are separated by commas. There can be no spaces between items, although spaces are acceptable within device names. Also, be sure you use small letters for the various codes. If you have a lot of devices, creating the list can be tedious.
Also make sure the Use Telnet Direct option is activated.
I hope this helps.
It seems strange that restoring a hub backup didn’t resolve the issue.
But I think @rwclements228 is right; deleting the old instance of the Lutron Integrator app and creating a new one is probably the way to go at this point.
Unless you’ve also tried that?
If that’s the case, then it sounds like something could be wrong on the Lutron side of things.
Is there a method to log the activation of Lutron interface? Trying to debug why Lutron intergration is not building Hubitat devices.

You've got something misconfigured and/or corrupted. Your logs show Hubitat - Lutron device mapping issues in your latest posts, not sure about the java errors..
A restore should have worked, assuming you didn't make any changes within the Caséta phone app. You'll need to verify device IDs in the integration report.
A question for @bravenel or @mike.maxwell
I've deleted the Lutron app and rebuilt. How should address any possible corruption? I've also shutdown Lutron HUb by pulling the power for about 5 minutes.
That's why I tagged the Hubitat guys. The issue is not with the Lutron hub as you have a valid Telnet connection as shown in your logs.
Device IDs are wrong somewhere. Get a copy of your integration report. In the Hubitat devices list you can see the Lutron device IDs in the Hubitat Device Network ID field. It will start with Ra2 + another letter (D is for dimmer and P is for Pico and is based on the device setup). The next number will be the Lutron integration ID - that needs to match the output of the Lutron integration report. The 3rd number is the number of the Telnet device in Hubitat.
If there is a Hubitat corruption issue a soft reset may be of use (make sure to do a backup first)

My intergration report doesn't show wheather the device is a "P" pico or "S" switch. I read this devid a "4".
Right, the integration report doesn't tell you the device type, you have to know by the names you give the device. Your device is a 5 button Pico and it is integration ID #4. In the Hubitat Lutron integration app using the list entry method you would have an entry
p,4,AuxHallway
When properly set up the device will show up in your list of devices and its DNI will be 'Ra2P-4-{Telnet device #}'
That is the entry I used, but devices are still not being built.
The system will not create devices that would duplicate a DNI. Look in your device list for a device with a DNI that starts with Ra2P-4. If it is there, then you can't use the integration app to create the new device.

This might be. a clue to my issue.
Have you completely removed the Lutron integration app, and any orphaned Lutron devices created in Hubitat?
Then start over with a new Lutron integrator app, and enter your device info so that new ones are created.
I removed the intergration. Added just an empty list which seemed to start the telnet without a problem. As soon as I added the first device: "P,2,Office Track". I recived the following:
2023-09-18 02:24:45.600 PMerrorcom.hubitat.app.exception.UnknownDeviceTypeException: Device type 'null' in namespace 'hubitat' not found on line 147 (method updated)
Checking on case. It added the device with a lower case "'p". FAiled for uppercase "P". Testing.
