Nice, that is starting to look better I think.
If you reboot the hub it will reset that "Route Changes" metric on the zwave details. I have found that is a good indicator of the quality of the routes. So you can reboot to reset the metrics and then monitor that metric to see if it goes up quickly again or seems better. Hopefully one of the new paths will be reliable and it can lock into it and stay there. Once they find a good route they usually hang onto it until there is a delay, then they will re-route again.

What do you think about shutdown/power cycle?
Better? Not necessary?
If you just want to reset the metrics, a shut down is not needed. Only need to shut down if you suspect the zwave radio on the hub is experiencing some sort of issue.
