I managed to get it working with this workaround. I noticed that even I remove hubitat app and reinstall, it always tries to use same old access token instead of new one from Netatmo app. And there is not possibility to change those manually with hubitat app.
How do i update the hubitat app with the new cloud app details?

Hmm, you might need to uninstall and try again from scratch if the re-Auth button doesn’t work for you,
My Netatmo devices appears to be reporting to Hubitat but I just noticed errors in the logs that have been occurring for at least the last month:
These appears to be Netatmo's API timing out or responding with 403 and 500 errors?
Are others seeing the same errors?
I assume I'm missing a very basic step here somewhere , but just cant figure out what I'm missing. I am stuck at the re-install. I am using HPM. I uninstalled Netatmo Connect, checked that everything was gone, and then re-installed. After a re-install, the apps code and drivers code are all there and Netatmo Connect shows as installed in HPM, so that Repair and/or Uninstall are options, but I cannot get Netatmo Connect to show up in Apps. I am unable to connect to Netatmo, because I can't run the App. What am I missing?
On the Hubitat apps page, did you click ‘add user apps’? Just checking that first.

I'm still unable to re-add the devices. I created a new Netatmo project and tried that to no avail. I'm going to kill my old Netatmo project this weekend and try again. I'll probably be back looking for guidance.

Agree, this thread above helped me, I was missing the 'refresh' step with the auth window still open. This finally showed me the netatmo devices available vs a blank list.

I just enabled debug logging and will post more detailed logs once available.
Netatmo's API is not the most reliable - I just ignore those errors.
This worked great up to step 12 for me. I could not find the Netatmo (Connect) app that I had just re-created (and repaired, and re-created, and ...) in the Hubitat Apps UI. When I went to the Past Logs view, I was seeing errors for multiple Netatmo (Connect) apps. Clicking the most recent app as a filter, and then clicking on the red "Error" label redirected me to the configuration page where I could choose which devices to include from the Netatmo (Connect) app. No clue what's changed, but the Hubitat UI looks like it got a big overhaul tonight (in a good way overall it feels like) when I updated to 2.4.x so I wanted to post this here in case others hit the same issue.
Now that hubitat support homekit you can just join them direct using that, much better option.

It did via home assistant, still need to fix it to link it to HE....

added Netatmo weather station ok to Homekit and populated devices but they don't get updated.
Last update is the last time Hubitat got data from Netatmo, not last activity.
