Re register

Hi all,
I’ve recently purchased a used C7, managed to get admin rights & do a factory reset, got it registered to my email. Unfortunately I didn’t manage to delete existing devices. I read more & have been able to delete all & reset again, unfortunately I deregistered & now trying to re register using my email but I get a message saying the email already has a hub registered & I cannot get any further. I think if I create a new account I could register the hub but would prefer to re register to original email, can anyone help?
Sorry if I haven’t made myself clear, I am a very new user.

Should be able to just log into your account instead of registering as a new hub?

Also, could log into your account here and de-register your hub first: My Hubitat

Also, to reset fully you need to go to Settings > Zigbee / Zwave details, reset BOTH radios. Then after that use the Diagnostic Tool to do a soft reset.
