Re-register Hub

I just received my new C-7. Updated the firmware and pulled a device off my old Vera to use for testing. Got the dimmer connected without issue. Set up a dashboard. All good so far. Changed the IP of the Hubitat to a static one and when setting up Alexa it couldn't reach my Hubitat. I checked to find my registration still had the old IP. It hadn't updated itself in several hours and couldn't be forced. So, I deleted the registration with the old address assuming it would re-register itself under the new address. No such luck. So, do I need an Admin to re-register once I send them my MAC via PM?

Oh, and the message I received was "There are no hubs associated with email [my email]".
I also tried a reboot and a soft reset.
Thinking of switching back to DHCP just to see if it picks it up.

Regarding networking, I'm running a TP-Link AX6000 and upon unboxing of the Hubitat I had to manually type the router IP at http://findmyhub.hubitat.com to get it to show up with the DHCP (and static). I have also ensured my time settings are correct.

Sounds like one for the support team...? Tagging @bobbyD

Make a DHCP reservation for it, then press the reset button on the bottom of your hubitat with a paper clip. This will reset the network settings.

It sounds like the static IP didn't work. I would first reset the network settings: turn the hub over and use the point of a pen to press the small button just beneath the surface of the hub casing for at least 10 seconds .

Then if you are able to access its IP address, go to Settings and Reboot hub. Once the hub comes back, go back to Settings and select Hub Details. Scroll down and register the hub. De-registering the hub doesn't correct the IP address. You've noticed the old IP because it was cached.
