When a rule is triggered it evaluates its conditions. On rules that have delayed actions is there a way to re-evaluate the conditions after the delay but before the actions?
Have you enabled the 'cancel' feature? This will cancel the delayed action(s) if the conditions are no longer valid.
If you don't see the cancel option immediately, click done and then go back into the delay section a second time.

If you enter a delay, press tab, the Cancel on… element shows. Done does it too.
