Old thread, I know, but posting here in case others search like I did.
Bought a RatGDO32, and super easy to install and flash the firmware. Maker's instructions were perfect. But how to integrate with Hubitat? Old posts were sincere, but ultimately not helpful to me. Came across Konnected's webpage, where Nate says he was inspired by Paul Weiland's RatGDO. Took a shot in the dark and used Konnected's developer bundle on Github - downloaded the v2S zip, imported it into Hubitat, created the device, popped in the RatGDO's IP address, and instant magic! Worked first time, every time. I'm considering buying a Konnected product just as a way of saying Thanks for the code. Perhaps I'm slow and there's a better way of implementing a "RatGDO/Hubitat"-only solution, but I hadn't found it as of this writing.

You are aware that there is a Hubitat driver that directly interfaces with ESPHome on the RatGDO, aren’t you? Only thing to note is that you need to turn off ESPHome encryption because the driver does not currently support ESPHome Encryption. Otherwise, works fine.
