Their customer support says their Europe bulbs are already compatible, and US support is a year out. Their old firmwares had ZLL support, but they took it out.
The latest firmware hasnāt shown any repeater issues for me, but my bulbs are always on.
How are you updating the firmware on the bulbs, through a lightify or smartthings hub or some other method?
I used Smartthings, but I then bought a Lightify hub in hopes I could force the old firmware on to these bulbs
Havenāt tried yet. Either will work. Lightify is probably faster at this, but their app is g l i t c h y
Ahh. I was hoping that there was another way, I don't own a smartthings or lightify hub at this point. I've been able to upgrade firmware for my Ikea bulbs using deconz, but haven't found a source to download the osram firmware.
I wouldn't mind shipping you my Lightify hub
I'll DM ya'

I appreciate that, but I suddenly may have another option. It looks like someone from deconz just posted instructions for updating osram bulbs, including where to download the firmware directly. I'll give this a try tonight. If it doesn't work out, I may take you up on the offer, but I'm hopeful that won't be necessary.

You're a real homie! I might try using that to roll mine back to the ZLL firmware...

Unfortunately, the download page doesn't seem to have older firmware available for anything, only the latest version. Unless you happen to have a copy of the ota file for the old firmware, I'm not sure that this will help you.
The latest EU firmwares support Hue---that'll be my first layer for inspection
I'm connecting home assistant to HE through MQTT with an invite only test group.
Home assistant has a deCONZ integration.
That is probably what the OP is talking about.
I'm using an Ikea hub for my bad bulbs (repeating ones) and using home assistant with MQTT to communicate with HE.
Holy crap, that actually works!
