Hello all,
Looking to set up a function to turn on/off two switches randomly for random amounts of time only during daylight hours.
Any ideas would be very helpful and appreciated on how to program that up.

I think OP wants the lights to come on randomly, not that they are coming on randomly. There is a user contributed app called Vacation Lighting Director in HPM.

Here's a crazy rule that will do this, and it will be completely random what actually happens. This is no doubt overkill, but it contains some ideas you can use.
