Greetings,
I loaded the new Rachio app and gave it a spin. After a day or so (I loaded it when the new code came out) I noticed in the log that there a lot of "Too Many Requests". This made me think something was wrong and I decided to delete the app. I first went to click on the app and it gave me the following page:
Not seeing any of the options, I then deleted the three zones and the Rachio devices and then tried to delete the app with the blue button. Now I get this:
You deleted the child devices that the app automatically created before uninstalling the app itself?
If you see the first picture, I didn’t have anyplace to remove the app.
I just restored a backup from Sunday morning. I went into the Rachio app and this was displayed:
I tried to remove it from there and then had to reboot my Habitat to stop the scrolling:
okay. Hub is rebooted. I went back into the Rachio app and removed the sprinkler zones and the sprinkler. That seemed to go well. Then I tried to remove the app and had to reboot to stop the scrolling Precondition Failed alert.
Okay, so you tried to go into the app but it came up blank. And you looked at the logs and it was throwing that error?
I see the call to uninstall() before the errors, which was why I thought you uninstalled the child devices before trying the main app.
We are looking into this. Thanks!
Thank you for the latest update. I was able to remove the Rachio app with no errors or issues!
