Rachio Built in App: How to activate a zone or set rain delay?

I am trying to use Rule machine to trigger the water of a zone for x minute, I don't see the "Set zone water time" or "Set rain delay" action to trigger. How do I reference these rachio action? I am using the built in app. BTW I do see the 2 irrigation controllers as valve but I don't want to use valve open/close because what if hubitat crashes while the valve is open, rachio will run forever. thank you

Thank you!. where did you find the setZoneWaterTime action? I don't see it in the rule machine. I only see the option to turn on or off. are you using the built in rachio or the community driver?
