I appreciate that the Rachio device says 110v but assume it's converted to 24v? Would a replacement power supply work with this in a 240v country (Australia)?
I don't see why not. Unless your country has code against 24VAC for garden light/sprinkler.
The power supply is external. The controller has a 3.5 mm connector. You should be in good shape.
@bf1, Have you checked out the "Link-Tap" device. It's a locally made, single water outlet, Zigbee device but I've no idea whether it'd be compatible with Hubitat or not.
