Question virtual device

Hello, I want make automatic rule, but I want be able to change the hour and minute when I want.
There are some way to get on dashboard something similar to a virtual thermostat but instead of temperature I want to define hour and minute.
Later I will program if time is equal to this virtual device run the rule.

You can create a global connector. Create a global variable and then make it a global connector. A device is then created that you can put on a dashboard.

I have a rule setup to turn on a heater in my bathroom. When I change the time on the dashboard I am changing the global variable that sets the time for the trigger.
